If your TV only supports 720p, and not 1080p, then you may not get a video image when Elgato Game Capture HD60 is first connected. Troubleshooting - No Image Appears On The TV That Dock has HDMI out.ġ) Plug one end of an HDMI Cable into the HDMI OUT port of the Nintendo Switch Dock.Ģ) Plug the other end of this cable into the HDMI IN port of the Elgato Game Capture HD60.ģ) Plug one end of the second HDMI Cable into the HDMI OUT port of the Elgato Game Capture HD60.Ĥ) Plug the other end of this cable and plug it into an HDMI IN port of your TV/Monitor.ĥ) Insert the Nintendo Switch into the Nintendo Switch Dock.Ħ) Make sure your Elgato Game Capture HD60 is connected to your computer via USB, and start the Elgato Game Capture HD software.
